Kitchen has stone benches, oven, stove, microwave, fridge & freezer. Separate laundry & toilet, semi en-suite bathroom has walk-in shower. Queen bed w/AirCon. Washer, dryer. One car bay with secure gate entry.

Close to everything! An inner eastern suburb of Perth, Rivervale is nestled near the Swan River, less than 5 kms from Perth centre, and happily situated within the City of Belmont - shops, cinemas, restaurants, cafes, nightlife & bars - everything you need! Rivervale has a friendly laidback style with many parks and outdoor areas, and lots of activities near by - unusual for an inner-city suburb. Shopping is close by with Belmont Forum offering hours of retail therapy, food and drink options as well as a cinema. Rivervale is so close to Perth CBD and the Swan River, and has several easy access points of public transport. Buses run almost every direction as well as the local train lines. Secluded from the main highways but exceptional access to anywhere you need to go - right near Great Eastern Highway, Orrong Road, and the Graham Farmer Freeway - travelling where ever you need to go is a breeze!
