Completed in 2019, 13 First Avenue Sawtell proudly delivers a new era of style to one of the Coffs Coast's most quaint seaside villages. These fully air-conditioned boutique apartments feature a large balconies, high ceilings, premium bedding, modern open-plan kitchen and living areas, bathrooms with walk-in showers, laundry facilities and free wifi throughout. This stunning complex offers easy access by both lift and stairs with secure undercover parking.
We are brothers, born and raised in Coffs Harbour. We are the proud developers of 13 First Avenue Sawtell located in the heart of this quaint seaside village. Our property includes four stylish holiday apartments on the first floor, commercial premises on the ground floor and secure parking which can be accessed via Kidd Lane at the rear of the building.
Undoubtably one of the Coffs Coast's most famed hubs for foodies, Sawtell offers an abundance of entertainment, dining and fun weekend activities. These boutique apartments are located right in the heart of Sawtell's lively main street and are a short walk to the beach.
