This light-filled home has large sliding glass doors and ample windows; opening out to the wrap-around timber balconies. The neutral palate, high ceilings and skylights perfectly complement the timber flooring, while balconies on both levels are ideal for relaxing in the warm climate. Enjoy taking in the view, reading your favourite holiday novel or maybe do some seasonal whale spotting during their migration from May - October. Upstairs, guests will find a spacious, air conditioned, open plan lounge / living and dining area. The stylish and contemporary kitchen is the hub of the home, with stainless steel appliances, granite bench-tops and premium appointments. The living area flows effortlessly out to the balcony, inviting refreshing sea breezes. Also on this upper level is a separate powder room and the sumptuous master suite, complete with private balcony access, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and walk in wardrobe.
