Luxurious, central and quiet accommodation with its own terrace and free private parking. Self or personal check-in. Graz's old town, supermarket, bars and restaurants, pharmacy... can be reached very quickly on foot. Newly renovated (2024), fully equipped, double bed and sofa bed, WiFi, 65" Smart TV with satellite, dining area in the apartment and on the terrace. The apartment is located between 3 quiet courtyards, right next to the huge city park in a historic K&K photo studio. Fully equipped apartment for 4 people, with stove, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, hairdryer, TV, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, iron, baby cot, dishes, cutlery, bedding, towels, shampoo, first aid kit, etc. Within 200m there is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, hairdresser, bus stop, pediatrician, city park... Graz city center / pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the bus and tram stop is 88m away (lines 1, 7, 31 & 39). Opera, Kaiser Josef Platz (daily farmers market), universities can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. If you are traveling with children, we can help you if necessary Borrow a handcart and a few games. Thanks to your personal parking space right next to the apartment in the courtyard, you have short distances (luggage, shopping), no problems with the short-term parking zone (max 3 hours parking time), parking fees and parking tickets. The city of Graz's overnight stay tax (per person and night) and the cleaning fee (per stay) are included in the booking price. Check-in can be done in person or using a key box. Please let us know your arrival time in good time. No more people than booked. The surcharge per non-registered person is 60Eur per night. The apartment and the access are not completely child-proof (gas stove, platform, stairs, no socket protection). Children are welcome but must be supervised.
