Köflach is situated 40 kms from Graz. But if you are looking for relaxation away from the city, you are also at the right place! The apartment is within walking distance to a gorgeous lake. The 16-hectare swimming lake offers various water sports, slides and a 50,000 m² sunbathing lawn. 4 outdoor tennis courts and a tennis centre with 4 indoor courts are in the immediate vicinity. The Erzherzog Johann Golf Course is a 10-minute walk away. The Therme Nova Thermal Spa is just 3 km away, the Piber stud (home to the Lipizzan horses) can be reached in a 10-minute drive, and the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg is 51 km away. Two skiing areas are also within 20 kms: Salzstiegl and Gaberl. At Salzstiegl you can have enormous fun for the whole family- sledging until 9 o'clock in the evening.
