Property information

The apartment lies on the first floor of a very beautiful old building from 1867. The brick facade of the house, which is really rare today, invites many guests to marvel the moment they arrive. High rooms, beautiful herringbone parquet and the unique wall painting in the bedroom turns this apartment into a real gem. Vintage elements have been combined with modern ones with great sensitivity and allow you to immediately immerse yourself in another world. Enjoy your morning coffee or cooking session together in the fully equipped kitchen, with access to the balcony, and an extremely charming seating area. The spacious living room with sofa bed, smart TV, reading corner and Marshall speaker leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly noteworthy is the ornate bedroom, with a king-size bed, a large closet and a unique work space. The bathroom with shower, washing machine and an LED mirror is next to the kitchen and the balcony. When designing the interiors, great emphasis was placed on comfort and a cozy, almost idyllic atmosphere.
