Welcome to the beautiful Kaiserresidenz Ellmau!With us you can arrive, switch off and feel as comfortable as an emperor and empress. Our completely newly built accommodation with the breathtaking Wilder Kaiser panorama in the background, is located on the sunny side of Ellmau and consists of two modernly furnished flats and a wonderful suite with a small wellness area, which offer places for the whole family. All apartments are equipped with free wifi. For bikes or skis etc. we offer a storage room and additionally each flat has a boot dryer, so that you can always slip into warm dry hiking or ski boots the next morning. With our bakery service you can also start your breakfast every morning with freshly baked regional pastries, so that nothing stands in the way of a dream day in our enchanting region. Our location is an ideal starting point for activities in summer and winter. The bus stop for the free bus transfers in our region is less than a 5-minute walk away and the KaiserBad is also right next door. Whether it's cycling, hiking, skiing, swimming or simply enjoying the weather on one of the wonderful terraces during your active and relaxing holiday with us at the Kaiserresidenz Ellmau.
