These 4 apartments that I have to offer are relatively new and tastefully decorated. They are all situated in the same building, however you do not share the apartment with anyone else. It is solely yours if booked. There are no parking available at the apartment, however there are some free parking along the street walking distance to the apartment - I will share this information once we have a successful booking, so please check your inbox or scroll down for more infos! :) Also, if you send me a booking request, please accept the booking once I have accepted the booking. Many guests miss the chance to book these amazing apartments due to not accepting the request afterwards. If the timer has run out, please send a request again and I will accept as soon as possible since I am aware there might be guests. PARKING INFO: There is no parking available at the Airbnb itself. There are 2 streets where you can park for free all day - along the street from Agnesstraße 3 and Franz Rumpler-Straße (subject to availability). These streets are only a few minutes' walk from the Airbnb. Otherwise, the car parks (blue lines) around the AirBnB are all short-term parking zones, which are subject to charges for up to a parking of maximum 1.5 hours, except on weekdays after 6pm until 8am, on Saturdays from 12pm until 8am and all day on Sundays (parking is free at these times - see also parking sign). Parking tickets are available for parking periods of 30 minutes, 1 hour to 1.5 hours at local tobacconists, shops and pubs, at the town hall and at the office of the City Marketing & Tourism Association. If you are not travelling by car, you can also park your car in a car park about 6 minutes' walk away (Parkhaus Klosterneuburg - Klosterneuburg | APCOA) - it is on the way to Kierling train station. Please note that I CANNOT reply to any questions you asked prior to a confirmed booking of the apartment (during request), it is not ideal but it is how it is made. Thank you very much! :)

The apartment is situated right in the heart of Klosterneuburg - very close to the city hall. There are shops, restaurants, bakery, bank and post office in walking distance. The main train station, Kierling is just 10 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful.
