Our guesthouse "Villa Löcker" has been family owned for over 50 years and is located 800m from the center of Mariapfarr and 800m from the wellness center. A fitness center is nearby as well as a bike and ski rental. Free WiFi is available. The traditionally furnished 3 apartments and 1 double room (can be rented) have cable TV, Internet, safe and hairdryer, all with shower and toilet. Daily bread service possible. The apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen. A ski storage room with ski boot warmer is available for her. The large garden includes a barbecue area, a sunbathing lawn with table tennis and playground equipment in the main house. Free private parking in the private garden is available on site. A cross-country ski center is 2 km away and can be reached by bus. The Fanningberg Ski Area is 4 km away, and the Großeck / Speiereck Ski Area is 6 km away.
