Dear guests! Our holiday home is a new building, charming, spacious and idyllic. The house is 100 m² in size, offers optimal comfort for 6 holidaymakers and is equipped, among other things, with underfloor heating and W-LAN. Our accommodation is located on the sunny side of Mittersill, in a quiet location. From the south-facing balcony you have a magnificent view of the Hohe Tauern and can enjoy your well-deserved and precious holiday to the fullest. The rural style is reflected throughout the house. A great playground with sandpit and trampoline is available for the children to let off steam. You can park your car comfortably and free of charge in front of the house. Flat-screen TV, pull-out couch, rain shower and a well-equipped kitchen contribute to the living comfort. The baker will bring you oven-fresh bread rolls every day on request.

The longest toboggan run in the world is only 10 minutes away by car. Beautiful hikes can be started directly from our holiday home (e.g.: bee trail, ...). Great restaurants spoil you with culinary delights, which you can reach on foot in 10 minutes (Restaurant Sonnberghof) and in 40 minutes (Restaurant Oberkrammern). The valley station of the Kitzbühel Alps is only 5 minutes away by car.
