Centrally located, fully furnished apartment in the historical heart of Vienna, with the main sights within a 15-20 minutes walking distance. The apartment is a new renovated studio with elegant and smooth stone floors. Warm and sophisticated, with a clean, contemporary feel to every space. The apartment is designed to allow for a comfortable flow of light and movement. Glass doors and walls create the opportunity for expanding or containing, depending on how the space is used, whether be it as a studio, a bedroom or for entertaining. The studio apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 persons in a king size bed (180x200 cm with two memory foam mattresses and downy feather duvets and pillows). Space: 40 sqm -1 bedroom -1 bathroom -1 living room and open kitchen -The flat is on the 1st floor with two elevators available. Guest Capacity: -If there are 3 or 4 of you travelling together, we also have a second studio apartment -on the same floor (similar characteristics), which we can rent to the same group of -people (if it is available). -Free high speed Wifi -Flat screen TV -Central heating. Due to the good insulation, the room temperature does not get uncomfortable
