This cosy apartment is situated in a walking distance to UNO CITY Vienna. It was completely renovated in Winter 2022 by a professional interior designer. The apartment is very quiet and it features a big terrace with view into a green garden, 2 French windows, modern living and sleeping areas, a working place, a big kitchen, a separate toilette and a bathroom. There is space for 4 people. This studio is situated in 5 minutes walking distance to the Metro station, Vorgartenstrasse U1, by which you can get to the very city center in ca. 6 minutes or to UNO CITY Vienna in ca. 3 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you can get to food store Hofer, drugstore DM, Prater Park, the Economic University of Vienna, Danube beach, a local food market and to plenty of restaurants and shops. With easy access to public transportation the other districts and sights of Vienna are easily and quickly accessible. Following equipment is available: Internet (WLAN) available Modern appliances like, iron Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, plates and dishes, big fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker Queen size bed, bed linen and towels, and a convertible sofa bed for two people.
