The apartment is located just north of the first, central district of Vienna and is surrounded by public transport (Tramways, Metro, Bus) that leads quickly to all destinations in and around Vienna. The central district can be reached in only 20 minutes by foot or even faster by the near metro line U4, which is reachable in 10 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by the close tramway (5 and 33). The tramway lines 37 and 38 can be found within 2 minutes walking distance. They take you to Schottentor in 5 minutes (University, Votiv Church, City Hall). A big plus is the "Park&Ride Spittelau", which is 15 minutes away and offers the most convenient and cheapest parking in Vienna.

Neighbourhood information

There are several supermarkets (Spar, Billa, Hofer, the beauty shop Bipa) nearby. Besides, the beautiful ‚Palais Liechstenstein‘ (it also offers a big playground which is just perfect for kids!) is only 5 walking minutes away.
