It has a south-west facing balcony with a view of the Schlossberg and is very comfortably furnished. It has space for 3 people. This new two-room apartment is located in the district of Andritz in the north of Graz, one of the greenest and most popular residential districts in the city. Our exclusive 52 m² apartment is of the highest quality. It has a balcony and barrier-free access. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the bike paths and running tracks along the River Mur and can take advantage of the nearby golf course in Andritz. The riverside apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Graz with ideal infrastructure and underground parking in the building. The city centre can be reached by tram in just a few minutes.
