The apartment is in the centre of Gmunden and is part of a apartment building. It is very quiet here. The flat is left of the house entrance. One floor among there is a big general balkony, where you have a beautiful few to the lake and mountains. An underground garage also exist. The flat has a big living/cocking/sleeping room with a cabinet bed. You can unfold for maybe one or two people. The advantage is that you have more place on day and a wholesome bed for sleeping. In an extra room is the toilett and bath. A small anteroom is at the entrance.
I love to enjoy our nature I am an owner of a sailing ship It is possibel to charter the ship with my or withou me as skipper. Sport and travelling is very important for me.
Gmunden and around is very beautiful because ists lake and mountains. Here you can do nearly all kinds of sports. Or you hang losse and enjoy living. We also have a great time in the past. Emporer, artists or other famous persons where here in Gmunden In the beautiful area of the Salzkammergut.
