Property info

Stylish penthouse apartments in excellent location and close to the city center! The apartments were completed in September 2021 and are newly equipped and furnished. Due to the quiet location on the courtyard side, peace and quiet is possible despite the city life. The apartments can accommodate four guests each. In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, which is also ideal as a workplace and a TV (cable TV). The master bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed. Depending on the apartment, next to the master bedroom there is either another smaller bedroom and or a sofa bed in the living area. Each of the apartments offers a bathroom with shower or bathtub and a washing machine including dryer. Highlight is the private balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard, where you can relax after an eventful day. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning as well as room-darkening blinds. Stair climbing required!

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the 3rd district of Vienna and in close proximity to the city center. Many famous sights such as Stadtpark (10 minutes’ walk), St. Stephen's Cathedral (20 minutes’ walk) or Belvedere (12 minutes’ walk), you can easily reach on foot. In the adjacent street is the tramway stop of line O, which takes you directly to Belvedere and the main train station. The U3 station Rochusmarkt can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity of the accommodation.
