Located at the bottom of a 1000m2 park with mature trees, it also has clear areas to enjoy outdoors. For the season, it has a removable 3x0.76m pile. It is an independent and separate, intimate construction. Exclusive use (no other guests), only outdoor facilities will be shared with administrators. It has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a refrigerator with a frost-free freezer. The bathroom is with a shower. Bedroom with double bed and closet, large mirror + 1 mattress that can be placed on the floor, although this is up to the comfort of each guest. We provide bed linen and towels, and basic products for the guest to make breakfast. The TV is LED, connects to WiFi and has free Netflix and Youtube Premium. High speed wifi. It has a fully equipped 1.50ml grill with table and chairs outside. All rooms, including the bathroom, are ventilated through large windows with views of the park, air and natural light. The kitchen also has a built-in wood stove with two burners and an oven, historic, made of cast iron, with its own draft and in operation. The ceilings are made of slabonia oak, in 15cm thick planks, sealed, watertight, with an air chamber, maximum height 3.25m, which allows good insulation from heat and cold. It has a 3000fg air conditioner and 2 portable fans. Heating by electric stoves. Parking is on the front esplanade of the property, it has space for 3 cars. It's not private like. casadehuespedesmuniz . com Muniz is a very green area characterised by its old trees, its beautiful houses and country houses, with wide grass pavements and fronts of ligustros or covered in plants and vegetation. Although Muñiz is protected from the noise of the city and the accumulation of people, and is ideal for rest, it is at the same time totally urbanised, with all the necessary shops available just a few metres from our location, and even a hypermarket only 650m away. We are also located very close to the beautiful San Miguel Shopping Centre, just 700mts from its start and 15 blocks from the epicentre. The commercial centre of San Miguel was recently upgraded and offers a wide variety of commercial, recreational and cultural activities for all ages and tastes, promenades, fairs, shopping malls, bars, restaurants and beautiful pedestrian areas. We have a very privileged location because of the above mentioned and because we are 200m from the beginning of the Green Corridor of Muñiz/Bella Vista, a 4.6km stretch of parks with historic trees and trails, aerobics, and bike paths for outdoor physical activity. The corridor ends at the El Corridor Nature Reserve, which has 9 hectares of flora and fauna to visit, with its own trails and where you can see farm animals in the surrounding area. The reserve has guided tours and activities for all ages, all year round. It has a descent to the Reconquista River, in a branch connected to the Uruguay River from where you can start special tours for kayakers. To get to the reserve there is a path that crosses the Bella Vista Sports Centre and the Municipal Velodrome. Nearby at the CLUB de Regatas you can do all kinds of water sports. We are a young couple, we like music and outdoor activities, we enjoy nature very much, we value people's experiences, philanthropy, tranquillity, rest and privacy.
