A place to rest, relax, unwind and reestablish your harmony with nature. The house is surrounded by 1000 sq ft garden trees and native plants, yet it is very sunny most of the year. There are 3 beds with quality mattresses, bedding and towels; and TV with Netflix. A large kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, juicer, blender and a variety of cooking utensils. You can enjoy your morning coffee on a large deck. There is a mobile grill for barbecue with tables and chairs. This spacious and rustic house in prime location, is short walk to the beach yet sheltered from the wind. There is a garden of 1000 sq ft with fruit trees, vegetables and native plants. Close to secluded beaches, surrounded by nature of great beauty, it is also very close to the cultural events, movies, theaters and restaurants of Mar Del Plata. A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy swimming, surfing and everything that nature and local culture can offer.
