Property info

Brand new apartment, very well located and decorated. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, bed linen and towels, which will allow you to enjoy a more relaxed and carefree stay. The balcony with a view of the city, the table and chairs set allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the view of the city. In addition, the building has a swimming pool, barbecue, terrace and washing machine, which makes the stay even more comfortable and convenient. We are waiting for you!

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very nice. It is very well located, between Recoleta and Palermo, two of the best neighborhoods in the City of Buenos Aires. It is located a few blocks from the Alto Palermo shopping center and the gastronomic pole of the City. Being located near Avenida Santa Fe, Las Heras and Libertador, they have all the access to travel by car and public transport.
