I'm Juan, the owner, I live in this apartment, in the next room. I work in an office and am trying other personal endeavors. If you come alone, sometimes it is useful to have someone who knows the city to help you during your stay. I love reading, playing online and board chess, and the world of cryptocurrencies. Those are my passions. I also enjoy a good movie or sharing a meal. If there is interest on the part of the guest and availability, common activities can be carried out.

Property information

This is a shared flat. In this apartment you have two options: OPTION 1. A private room. The room is large with a premium bed (72''x80'') ideal for resting. It has a work space - an old secretary-style desk -, excellent Wi-Fi connection and speakers to listen to music. It has air conditioning (hot/cold) to regulate the temperature to your liking. In the morning, the sun enters through the window that overlooks the balcony and gives it a natural and pleasant light. The room connects to the balcony, equipped with comfortable chairs and a table for breakfast. You will be very comfortable alone or with your partner. OPTION 2: A single bed in a large room provided with air conditioning. A large table to work on and Bluetooth music equipment. Remember that I also live here, in another private room :) This is a great place to make friends, share a meal, or be with someone to help you navigate the city and make your stay more enjoyable.

Recoleta is the tourist area par excellence of Buenos Aires. It is the most coveted neighborhood for international tourism. Affluent area, known for its Parisian-style houses, opulent ancient palaces and luxury boutiques. The Recoleta Cemetery is one of the main attractions, as it houses the extravagant tombs of national icons such as Eva Perón. Masterpieces are exhibited at the National Museum of Fine Arts, while temporary avant-garde events are offered at the Recoleta Cultural Center. On the grassy Plaza Francia, a craft market takes place on weekends. You have culinary and cultural offerings, it is a beautiful neighborhood.
