The villa is located near Bay of Lalzi (Durres ,Albania) in one of the biggest resorts " Perla Resort " .It is located 40 minutes far from Mother Teresa airport and 30 minutes far from the port of Durres. The villa is divided into two floors. As you enter this beautiful home, you will immediately notice the open concept design, flooded with natural light. The living room boasts comfortable seating, perfect for relaxation or entertainment with friends and family where you will have and a veranda on the outside of the villa which overlooks the private courtyard of the villa. On the second floor there are three large double rooms, a balcony, and a toilet.

With spacious living areas, modern amenities, and a fantastic location, we are confident that this property will not disappoint. There are a lot of common features in the resort like : large green areas where you can do a lot of activities .There is a big swimming pool for adults and children area and a coffee bar . You will find a lot of spaces for outdoor activities ( most likely for your children) like football ,basketball , tennis ,volleyball and a playground too . There is also a supermarket that is temporarily opened ( May - October). This big Resort is located only 70 m far from the seaside . Along the coastline there is a lond promenade that connects all of the resorts around there , where you can take a relaxing walk . A lot of restaurants and bars are located along the coastline whee you can enjoy the best food of the season here in Albania .
