The neighbourhood is locally called „Fresku“ and it is part of the municipality of Linze, Dajt. One of the most famous landmarks, BunkART - the biggest bunker build in times of communism is only 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Apart from that, in only 15 minutes walking distance you will find the cable car, to take you to the top of Dajti mountain, which is also a national park and offers opportunities to go hiking, horse riding, exploring and so much more. This area is also known for beautiful resorts and great restaurants. Tirana, the city center is only a 4,5 km distance from the apartment and is reachable by public transportation or taxi/car.
