The building is newly constructed, year of construction 2023. It is located only 50 meters from the sea. The area is very nice, surrounded by fancy bars and restaurants, only 5 minutes drive from the center.
I like to travel, eat well, take photos, and paint.
The area is very nice, surrounded by fancy bars and restaurants, only 5 minutes drive from the center. The nearby attractions are: Old village only 10 minutes drive, Porto Palermo Castle only 15 minutes by car, Potami Beach, Prinos Beach, Maraci Beach, Filikuri beach is very special also for hiking in the rocks. Rapos resort, 5 star hotel is just in front of the building.
