The apartment is located in the most popular area of the beach, where you can find the greatest restaurants, beach bars, and markets just 10 meters away. The view from this apartment is fantastic, and the sunset from the balcony is spectacular. enjoy

This place may have everything you're searching for in terms of vacations; let me give you some ideas of where you may go and have a good time. Let me begin with the restaurant, which is located on the bottom floor of the building and serves the best marine food. A large market may be found to the side of this “Pampas restaurant”. On the left side of the promenade, you'll find great places like "Dolce Vita hotel" with a huge swimming pool and good music at night, "Diamma Resort" with a natural setting and good sea food, "Bonita hotel: with a good restaurant and bar, and "Albanian Star hotel" with a great restaurant and beach bar. Simply down the steps from the first floor to reach the main beach promenade, where you can walk to all of the restaurants and beach bars and enjoy the music. There are several parking spaces in the building where the apartment is located; it is a free parking area with more than 40 cars.
