Regularly stay in hotels local to the apartment but fancied a change and glad I did. The apartment was perfect and really homely. Appreciated the little touches on our arrival (chocolates, nice coffee etc.). A couple of nice cafes just outside the apartment and supermarket directly across the road were really handy. Will definitely book again in the future.

This beautiful canal view property is a perfect place to stay for those wanting to be close to amusement parks, F1 races, The largest Mall in Abu Dhabi. We have one of the best communities on Yas Island. With Amazing restaurants and a bar for those who would like a glass of wine on the canal. Everything is right here for your stay to be the most comfortable. In the morning have breakfast at La Brioche, pick up some fruit at carefour, have your hair cut at the Salon. So much to do right here.
My dedication shines through, making guests feel like cherished friends. A true host at heart, he redefines the art of hosting. God bless
Yas Island is a one-stop destination for everything related to fun and entertainment, right from adventure activities in some of the best theme parks around the world, to leisure activities, thrilling adventures, and the best Race in the world F1 is once a year in November. You can enjoy the Marina Circuit all year as there is racing every night, you also can sign up for drag racing either with a driver or by yourself so much fun and for the kids take them to the Kart track, they put on a race suit with helmet and race like real racers. Memories of a liftime. Getting around Abu Dhabi is easy and taxis are reasonably priced and plentiful. They can be flagged down at the roadside, or download the AD Taxi App easy as that. this bus service , Yas Express is our complimentary shuttle bus service that can get you to any of the major island attractions. there is also the bus tram.
