Very spacious apartment, in a nice neighborhood at walking distance from the Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall area. All facilities are available and the apartment is well equipped. Thanks for the sweets & fruits treat, our kids loved it ! :) Although we did not meet the host, the concierge of the building was very welcoming and helpful. There is a nice green park at the bottom of the residence with a very good view of Burj Khalifa: we really enjoyed the New Year's Eve fireworks from there without the
