I was quite sceptical since the place was a bit away from the centre of the city. But this is definitely something I'd recommend. 10/10 for the warmth of the staff and also for the facilities. The kitchen, the bath area, the hall, and the rooms were separated, and the pool was right at the centre between the areas. Special mention to Ms. Anita, for guiding us along the way and to the caregiver of the farm Jubail, who was very warm to all of us. Just make sure to keep your sunscreens on if you are going during summers. This place is a definite YES during the winters.

Breakfast not included. It was perfect for location. Within 15 minutes walking distance to Yas Waterworld and Ferrari World. Sara was great when communicating with her via What'sApp, very professional and prompt in responding. Appreciated the three bottles of cold water in the fridge upon arrival and access to the pool. The building security and front desk worker were both very helpful as well.
