This bright, modern apartment is the perfect base to explore Dubai. Located in a secure brand new building in Arjan, just a few steps away from Miracle Garden. This contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen, and tableware. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. DAMAGE DEPOSIT HELD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD We require you to schedule a damage deposit credit card authorization, which will be released back to your credit card in full (after checking out) if you do not brake house rules and if there is no damage done in the apartment. Please take time to read about the rules and regulations and make sure that you feel comfortable about them before you book. 2. RENTAL AGREEMENT. We will request you to sign our rental agreement, which will be shared with you by email, as soon as you book the apartment.

Arjan Dubailand is one of those places where you won’t run out of things to do. There’s so much to do and see here, you’ll be spoilt for choice. For one, Arjan is home to Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden, both of which are considered as some of the most interesting landmarks and places of interest in the UAE. Dubai Autodrome in Motor City is also close by. It has many motor-themed activities such as karting, superbike racing and other motorsports. The closest mall is My City Centre Al Barsha. This mall is a mere three minutes away. This mall is a complete shopping, dining and entertainment hub. If you need to purchase groceries, the mall has a Carrefour inside. There are also several other facilities such as pharmacies, banks, exchange centers and more inside the mall. Apart from all this, there are, of course, fashion brand stores. Arjan is located on the south side of Dubai. This means that there are a few beaches near Arjan. The closest beach is Al Sufouh Beach which is 18 minutes away via Umm Suqeim Road. Al Sufouh Beach is a very popular beach as it is considered ‘Dubai’s secret gem’. From this beach, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Burj al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. Aside from that, this beach is perfect for swimming due to its shallow waters, which means that it’s safe for kids too.
