•   The apartment has a distribution of 120 m2, is located on the 5th floor of Bellevue Tower 1 in Downtown Dubai, and has capacity for 4 to 5 people. •   Free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned. Fully upgraded inside, with an artistic and abstract interior, making the place a mixture of both contemporary and modern decor. •   The living room is spacious and boasts beautiful interior and décor. It includes a large creamy-white sofa, a dark armchair, a coffee table nested over a beige carpet, a smart TV, as well as plants, paintings, and decorations. •   The open space living room also includes a unique dining area, with a round wooden table, and four high-quality chairs. •   The living room is naturally well-lit, thanks to extensive glass doors giving access to a private balcony, with Dubai’s city skyline being right in the front. •   The place gives an artistic vibe, with colors and patterns prevailing. •   Fully equipped, upgraded open kitchen with modern appliances like refrigerator, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans. •   The kitchen also has a serving hatch to the dining room. •   The apartment is equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. •   The apartment has an iron with an iron board, a washing machine, and a drying rack. •   The first bedroom features a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers with pink cushions, night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers. •   The second bedroom comes with two single beds, beautiful wallpaper and artwork, night tables with lamp, a chest of drawers with a mirror on top, and a chair. •   Both rooms are naturally well-lit, thanks to large glass windows overlooking the cityscape. •   There’s a maid’s room at the apartment; it includes a single sofa bed for an extra person. •   There are a total of four bathrooms at the apartment.

Billed as “The Centre of Now,” it has provided an immense contribution to Dubai's inspiring character as a truly global city. Downtown Dubai is home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows, as well as Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. - Popular restaurants around the complex include: Secret Cuisine Restaurant, LOPO Pizzeria, Maingi Kitchen, Burger Bae Cafe. - Supermarkets in the area include: AlMaya Supermarket, Choithrams, Grandiose Supermarket, New way grocery. - The tower is also well surrounded with major landmarks in the city, of which we name Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and The Dubai Fountain. TRANSPORTATION - Residents of Bellevue Towers can easily get to public transportation. Within a short drive, you can get to bus stops and metro stations. BUS STOPS NEAR Bellevue Towers: Bus riders can reach the Binary Tower 1 bus stop, Lake Central Tower bus stop, and 8 Boulevard Walk Tower 2, all within a short distance from the community. METRO STATIONS NEAR RAHAAL: The nearest two metro stations to the community include: Business Bay Metro Station, and Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station.
