## The space Welcome to my Home! Step inside and be greeted by the open-room layout where you can enjoy the sunshine and stunning views of Dubai Marina. Here you will find all the amenities needed to make your stay in Dubai enjoyable. So relax and make yourself comfortable on the large sofa while watching your favorite show. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar if you ever want to have a stay in meal. You'll find a dishwasher if you need clean things in bulk, and washing machine to help refreshen your clothes. The bedroom rivals that of a hotel with a plush mattress, luxurious bedsheets, more stunning views of the city and tons of storage space to keep your personal items safe. An ensuite bathroom can be found inside the room with all the essentials of shower/bath, mirror, sink and toilet. Complimentary towels, soap and shampoo are available at your convenience to help lighten up your luggage. Enjoy your stay! ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and facilities including gym, swimming pool, and designated parking-space ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. ## The neighborhood The apartment building is in a great location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only 13 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the home. ## Getting around Traveling to and from the property can be done easily by car, taxi or through Uber. However a metro station is nearby (MRed) which will take you directly Dubai Marina Mall, from there you can change lines (T1) to go directly towards the Burj Khalifa in 20 minutes.
