Room- Excellent furnitures, spacious and stylish. Very comfortable. Furnitures- Excellent. 2 bedroom apartment is a good choice. Though the view is a cemetery, kinda creepy but worth it. Location- Accessible to major establishments. The place is near to almost everything. I like their location. Staff- Really bad. Very inconsiderate. Worst customer service. They are not even smiling. They looks stressed and underpaid. Very late check-in. Very unorganized. Value for money- Acceptable. I advise to book a month before your stay. Overall- 9 out of 10. -1 for reception/ staff poor customer service. They need a refresher course in customer satisfaction and service.

We booked the day before our stay, having run out of better options as we saw some of the negative reviews for this hotel. We were really surprised by how nice and big the rooms were! Sure a couple of chairs had stains on them which I’ll blame on previous guests, I cannot blame the hotel staff for this since we could see to remove the stains you would have no other options but to change the chairs… The rooms overall were neat and clean, and the apartment was very spacious. If you’re staying in Dubai for several days as a family, I would really recommend this hotel.
