Property info

Upon entering into the apartment, you will be struck by the super high ceilings and the sheer amount of natural light! Relax on the comfy couch and watch shows on the Smart TV. The dining area fits 8 comfortably. If you'd like to cook, the kitchen is equipped with the necessities. The bedroom downstairs has a large king-sized bed with a comfy mattress. Walk upstairs and you will find a den. Watch some TV in the private space. The couch converts to a bed enough for 2 people. The bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed as well. There is another small sofa bed that can arrange for 2 to sleep comfortably (perfect for children.) For the bathrooms, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for a cozy stay.

Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be! The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modeled after some famous ones around the world. There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go to. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!
