The property itself was amazing. I had a stressful encounter with the property manager as we’re 3 adults and a toddler and were told a few hrs before checking in that we’d only get access for 2 adults to the fairmont. The reason we booked this particular property is to enjoy those facilities and were disappointed to learn that only 2 passes are included and any additional is payable. The management did sort it out in the end but it felt like a battle to get there. Despite that the property is clean, the building is fantastic, and the facilities are amazing! The other staff that resolved the issue were very nice as well.
