Easy and quick check-in, room was ready prior check-in time with no extra charge, apartment was spotless, on 30th floor as requested " highest floor possible ", team who was corresponding with me whom they don't sign their messages so I don't have name were efficient and responsive, the lady who cleaned the place was also super nice and polite. I highly recommend Prime Retreats and will gladly stay here again whenever I am in Dubai, thank you.
