It was the worst check-in I've ever had, they didn't sent any message how to get the property, and do not reply for my message. We've asking them to check-in 3PM (regular its 4PM in that place), they do not answered and also do not allowed that, it was really strange. They sent instructions right at 4PM, omg.. so they were not customer oriented. There was not clean enough, linen was with stain, but they change it. Also there were so many flies, its was annoying. But apartment was new and after we cleaned ourselves become much comforlable.
