This spacious 2 bedroom duplex apartment is exceptional as it offers you the needed privacy. The bedrooms are located at the top most floor with each of them having private bathrooms. Located at the lower floor is the family / living room with TV and audio entertainment, high speed internet, private balcony with a stunning view, a dining area as well as a private kitchen fully equipped with cooking facilities and white goods. Your guest enjoys free access to the washroom on the lower floor. The building boasts of Olympic size swimming pool and gym facilities, and playground for children free of cost for guests to enjoy.

Town Square community is currently one of the most sought-after communities in Dubai especially for families with young children as it has every possible entertainment that one can wish for, yet away from the bustle of Dubai city.
