The location is fantastic, it's practically connected to the Dubai Mall. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable, there's a half bedroom with a toilet that wasn't even listed in the description. There is a smart tv, plenty of wardrobe space, and a pretty big balcony. The grocery store is about 5 mins away at the Souk (across the parking lot, so no need to go out on the street), they also have superb warm food for cheap.

This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time.
