This amazing apartment in Al Hamra Village located on the 12th floor has views from a large balcony with seating to a world-class golf course.

Nearby excellent facilities such as swimming pools, beach, Marina, Waterfront, Golf course, restaurants and cafes. Access to a garden with an outdoor pool and children’s playground set on the beach front. Liquor store 5min away. The apartment is 75km from Dubai airport (200aed from Dubai airport; 150aed from the apartment to Dubai airport). You can rent a car exactly in the airport building. Small car Toyota Yaris is around 920aed per week and petrol is around 2,2aed per liter. Everything in Al Hamra resort is accessible by walk, but if you want some journey for example to Dubai, you have to use a car, taxi or bus. Ras Al Khaima bus station (13km away; 25aed to Dubai) Big Shopping center Al Hamra Mall, 5min by taxi.
