Easy access to public means of transport made it easy for us to move to town. Housekeeping staff like Saitram from Assam are superb and always ready to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. 4. Reception lady from Zimbabwe or this guy from Kenya are very courteous. 5. Check in and check out was a breeze. They also call cab for you. 6. Location is excellent - mall is a short one minute walk from the parking. Hotel looks like part of the mall. 7. Plenty of food options nearby. If you order food online hotel staff accompanies delivery person to your room - extremely convenient. 8. All rooms have modern LED TVs. 9. Quality of toiletries was very good.
