Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Sophisticated architecture meets refined living at the waterfront in Business Bay. The striking residential tower is close to Dubai's business, financial, and leisure districts, and in proximity to the attractions of the Burj area, like Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa Fountains. Two metro stations and two major highways are easily accessible. Our home is designed with care and meticulous attention to details.
Straddling Dubai Creek, Business Bay is a contemporary financial district packed with corporate high-rises, stylish apartments buildings, and swanky hotels. Dubai Water Canal has jogging and cycling tracks plus a colorful mechanical waterfall. Mid-priced stores fill Bay Avenue mall along with Family-friendly dining options. Smart waterside restaurants serve Lebanese dishes, Asian street snacks, and high-end seafood. Business bay being a central and well populated area, there are plenty of options when it comes to transportation such as; Business Bay Metro station, taxis, and multiple Bus stops
