Welcome to our luxurious one-bedroom apartment, located on 10th floor of Tower B in Park Towers, the iconic “Best Mixed-Use Development in the World” in the very heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)! The apartment is simply beautiful and is naturally well-lit thanks to its large windows. It is spread over 98 sqm and has a capacity to accommodate three people. The living room is furnished and decorated in soothing light tones. It features a large grey sofa, a navy blue single sofa bed, as well as a coffee table and a matching tv unit with a smart TV hosting Netflix. From within the living area you can access a balcony offering panoramic views on the parks in the neighborhood. It includes two chairs and a table, for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful scenery. Next to the living area is dining table for four, nested within the open-kitchen, having luxurious black counter tops and white cabinets. Inside you will find the master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed dressed with fresh linens. The room includes a wardrobe, and also has access to a private balcony with furniture.

Park Towers is a mixed-use complex located along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) in DIFC. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the complex features two high-rise buildings with apartments, offices and shops. Each building has 49 floors, seven of which are designated for offices, while residential units begin from the 12th floor upwards. The podium level consists of parking spots as well as retail spaces. The two buildings are instantly recognisable in the DIFC area.
