Let’s tour the place This beautiful one bedroom apartment is spread over 84 sqm and has capacity for 4. It is located on the 8th floor of Orra Marina and boasts an elegant interior. The living room at the unit is light-colored and fresh, featuring a large creamy sofa bed, light grey rug, a round coffee table, TV unit topped with a flat screen TV, and modern decorations and artworks all over the space. The living room also features a large glass door giving access to a private balcony overlooking the mesmerizing Dubai Marina. Next to the living area is a rectangular wooden dining table with 4 white chairs. Also, in this open space living area is a small welcome counter with beautiful mirror on top, giving the place a feeling of modernity and elegance. The kitchen at the apartment is neatly organized and is fully equipped with everything you might need, such as a freezer and refrigerator, cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, stove with hood on top, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker. Going inside, you will find the large master bedroom filled with white furniture. It comes with a comfortable queen-size bed dressed with fresh linens, night tables with lamps, a cute grey rug, a built-in wardrobe, and a panoramic wall-to-wall glass windows. The glass is covered by light curtains, as well as room-darkening shades - in case you enjoy a gloomy morning.
