Hi, to make sure everything is clear, just some rules and costs: - We are here to help and make your stay as fantastic as possible. Any concerns or complaints are to be raised with us before informing Airbnb and allow us sufficient time to correct any faults or issues. - Loss of any key or key card is an AED 1,000 charge per key or key card. Must be paid at the time of loss - For each call-out fee to open a door due to loss of key or key card is AED 500. Must be paid at the time of opening the door. - Strictly non-smoking. AED 2,500 charge for any smoking inside the apartment - Minimum AED 250 charge for staining of any chairs, sofas, linen or mattress that requires additional professional cleaning - Passport copies for all guests staying must be sent at least 24 hours before check-in as this is needed to alert the building management under UAE law. No entry will be given without these. -Any changes to bookings must be submitted no longer than 10 days before arrival. Any booking changes are not guaranteed and are subject to the host's discretion -For any late checkout (past 11 AM as confirmed on Airbnb) a fee of AED 250 will be applicable. -NO all-male group -Please note access to building facilities such as the gym and pool will be provided by the concierge.
