## The space Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished with modern chic decors, this charming studio is close to many of Dubai’s top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa, a flat-screen TV subscribed to Netflix, and a comfy queen bed (lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens), relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. There’s also an accessible balcony with a gorgeous view of the Dubai Marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an induction cooker, an oven, and a microwave. If you fancy dining in, you can dine at the dining bar available. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. As your safety and health is our priority, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Enjoy your stay! ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. ## The neighborhood The apartment building is in a great location for business travelers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over the Dubai Marina mall, only <10> minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a <10> minute walk from the home. The Dubai Marina walk, a <10> minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants while the palm tree lined boardwalk serves as a link between the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina. ## Getting around You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city. DXB Airport is 25 mins away by car. Marina Walk is just 7 mins away by car. Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car. Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car. Burj Al Arab is 10 mins away by car.
