The apartment has highspeed 250mbps internet; TV; and a kitchen full of the necessities. The Building has a swimming pool; Gymnasium; and a Sauna. The apartment has a very spacious living room with a large 55” 4k Android TV. Enjoy dinner with your family or friends while sitting around a dining table for 6. The apartment has large windows in each room – all facing south ensuring plenty of daylight while providing a full view of Lake Almas. The apartment has two bathrooms, both fitted with a bathtub. Work from home with blistering fast internet speeds of over 250mbps! Building Facilities: The building houses many shared facilities that our guests can take full advantage of! • Gym • Swimming Pool • Kids Play Area • Guest Lounge • Function room • Changing rooms (men / women) • Prayer room Neighborhood Features: You have access to over 5 supermarkets within a 5 minutes’ walk. The JLT/Marina area has more than a hundred restaurants, plenty of activities, and is situated right next to the JBR Walk public beach. • Park n Shop Supermarket • Tons of Restaurants • Pharmacy • Massage Center

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is in one of the most convenient locations in Dubai right next to the metro station and an airconditioned bridge going directly into the Dubai Marina/JBR Walk. Not only do you skip the heavy Marina traffic, but you get plenty of restaurants; cafes; and terraces to sit at around Lake Almas. You'll have no trouble getting around town. The Metro is a 1 minute walk. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city. - Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road) - 6 minutes’ drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road (depending on traffic) - Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes drive - Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away by car. Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is a 200-hectare mixed-use waterfront development, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Dubai Marina. The free zone community, developed and operated by Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), comprises commercial and residential towers, set along the edges of artificial lakes.
