• The apartment has a distribution of 65 m2, is located on the 10th floor of Dream Tower 1, Dubai Marina, and has capacity for 4 people. • Free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned. Fully upgraded inside, with cozy furnishings and decors. • The living room is spacious and has a comfortable L-shaped double sofa bed, an armchair, and a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows. • The open space living room also includes a dining corner, with a table and four white chairs. • The living room leads to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a breeze of fresh air. • The apartment is naturally well-lit, thanks to a large wall-to-wall glass door, giving access to the balcony. • The place gives a home feeling, so you can enjoy your vacation while enjoying the comfort of your own space. •  Fully equipped, upgraded U-shaped kitchen with modern appliances like Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Electric kettle, Cooking stove, Oven, dishwasher and a Coffee Maker. That, in addition to cooking basics, dishes and silverware. • The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living room. • The apartment is also equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. • The apartment has room-darkening shades, and iron with an iron board, and a washing machine. • The bedroom features a large glass door, letting in natural light, giving access to the shared balcony. The room includes a king-size bed, night table with lamp, built-in wardrobe with hangers, as well as a makeup vanity table with a chair and a mirror. • The apartment offers superior quality linens for all bedrooms. • There are two bathrooms at the apartment; one includes a mirror, a washbasin, a toilet, and a shower; while the second one has a washbasin and a toilet. • Toiletries are also provided including tissue boxes, soap, toilet papers, cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, and more. •  We can provide you with extra blankets and pillows, upon request.

There are different options of transportation near Dream Tower 1. You can use bus, metro and taxi services to commute. BUS STOPS NEAR DREAM TOWER 1: Jumeirah Beach Residence Station Bus Stop is 7 minutes away. Marsa Dubai, Jumeirah Beach Residence Bus Stop is also a 7-minute drive from the tower. JLT Dubai Arch Tower Bus Stop is a 10-minute distance from the building. METRO STATIONS NEAR DREAM TOWER 1: Various metro stations are located near the building. DMCC Metro Station is a 4-minute drive from the location. Jebel Ali Metro Station is 5 minutes away. Sobha Realty Metro Station is an 11-minute distance from the tower. Other details to note  • While we want the experience to be absolutely carefree, the check in/check outs are flexible, depending on the nature of the booking, we always make the supervisors available. • The timings need to be followed but no extra charges on request for an additional hour is required. • When you enter the apartment, please guide yourself to the table, there will be a Welcome Letter (including the passwords/building information) and a House Rule manual. • I recommend you to go through it. • A security deposit will always be held with us till the check out to ensure the apartment is in good condition. • For your convenience, please provide me with your passport copies beforehand as I need to submit them at the reception. Additionally, I can give you tips for your stay. • To drink something at the arrival, there would be complimentary Tea/Coffee/Water. •  Please feel free to request anything in addition and we will get it prepared for you (On request). •  Extra Charge for Baby Cot: 350 AED/ Extra Charge for an additional mattress: 250 AED
