The sunny open planned living space is bright and airy with pops of colour, taking full advantage of the natural lighting, owing to the floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to the Arabian Gulf. This one-bedroom apartment, with an additional maid room that can accommodate two extra guests, is air-conditioned throughout and it features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and washing machine. The living space comes complete with a dining table that can host up to four people comfortably and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The apartment has two bathrooms: an en-suite and one guest. The master bedroom opens directly onto the private terrace for immediate access from bed to beach. The bed is a large king-size with reading lights and bedside tables on both sides. There are generous double wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bidet. A double bed, vanity table and wardrobe allow the guest every opportunity to get comfortable in this spacious maid room that can easily accommodate two extra guests. There is a wall-mounted unit that houses a few books for the night-time reader and carefully chosen artwork adding splashes of vibrancy.

Occupants of the Tiara Residences are spoilt for choice with private beach access, a gym, spa, infinity pool and sauna, BBQ area and volleyball courts and our guests have full access to all. For the family that travels, the property houses a play area, day-care and shaded children’s pool. You will also find the Solis Beach Club, where guests can grab a bite to eat, enjoy water activities and a shisha service. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels such as the infamous ‘Atlantis the Palm’ with world famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other. In the immediate vicinity you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style. There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond.
