Loved the location, beautiful views of the marina and Atlantis.... couldn't ask for a better view and location. Thanks to the host for allowing me to check in earlier than the regular checking in time...due to my early morning flight. Thanks for assisting me with my huge luggages....Great service.

Good day my dear guests! I would like to introduce myself so you can know more about me before making a booking. This is a family business, our lovely Holiday Homes company (DTCM licenced) I am working together with my husband and we have 3 very friendly, punctual and responsible colleagues (Joan and Jason and Anthony), who are helping us to make the check-ins and guest registrations in Dubai Tourism Department. This is to ensure that each guest will receive enough attention. We care a lot about cleaning of the apartment. Our cleaning team is well trained (by us) and do their best each time. We provide cleaning before your check-in (along with linens and towels). As we spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean, we are waiting the same respect from the guests. Smoking is allowed only at the balconies. Guests should respect the neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. Please keep in mind that apartments I manage are private apartments registered in Dubai Tourism Department.

This is fresh 2 BD apartment which is situated on high floor of Sadaf 7 bld, JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) complex which is located next to the public beach. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Apartment consists of living room with dining area( there are: a TV set; dining table , sofa(convertible to sofa-bed, bed linen should be requested in advance for it and extra charges will be applicable), kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, fridge, freezer, cooker, stove, washing machine, kettle,toaster; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is a double bed in one bedroom and two singel beds in another bedroom. There is a balcony facing partial Marina view and JBR courtyard view. Lobby of the building and public areas are very clean and tidy. We will provide you access to 4 Swimming pools and a Gym.
