This exquisitely designed two-bedroom luxury apartment is located in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) complex on the 25th floor or above, offering you stunning views of the Persian Gulf, Dubai Eye, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai skyline. It is conveniently located right on the world-famous JBR beachfront walking promenade - The Walk. For any booking of 5 nights or more, we will provide two weekday exclusive beach club access guest cards. Guest cards allow weekday use for two adults and four children up to the age of 14 of private beaches, pools, spas, gyms, tennis courts and other facilities of many of the most exclusive Dubai hotels, such as Waldorf Astoria The Palm, W the The Palm, Anantara, Kempinski The Palm, etc with discounts of 20-40% for food, beverages, spa, sports inside the hotels. Access to the 5 star Sheraton Jumeirah Resort and Hilton Jumeirah, which are located right in the Jumeirah Beach Residence within a couple minutes’ walk from our complex is also included. Guest passes allow access on Mondays through Fridays. There is no admission to the beach clubs on weekends and public holidays under the Guest Pass program. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION • Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS) • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment • Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate CLEANING • Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only • Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week • Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request PLEASE NOTE! • As per Dubai Law, please send us clear passport copies of all guests in advance to secure your access to the building.
