CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION • Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS) • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment CLEANING • Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only • Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week with 24hrs advanced request • Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with 24hrs advanced request PLEASE NOTE! • As per Dubai Law, please send us clear passport copies of all guests in advance to secure your access to the building.
